Hard drive enclosure

So, I bought a new hard drive for my Proraid, but I want to back it up. "Back up a raid 5 array? Are you crazy?" Well, yes, but maybe no. I have a lot of irreplaceable stuff on it and I am worried that adding the new disk will knock out the exisitng data when it rebuilds. This day and age I would be surprised if that happened, but I can't afford the risk.
So, I am getting a nice dual dock hard drive to replace my crappy enclosure. Hopefully I can incorporate it into my editing workflow anyway...
